  • Pukka Uosukainen (M.Sc. eng.) has worked in international environmental fields for more than two decades. He worked as the Environmental Advisor for the Finnish Official Development Cooperation in 90’s and then joined the Ministry of the Environment of Finland as a senior negotiator and Director for International Affairs Unit. In this position he has served as facilitator and chairman at several climate negotiations and UNEP conferences.
  • In early 2014, Jukka Uosukainen was nominated as the first Director for the Climate Technology Centre and Network, CTCN. This is the operative arm of the UNFCCC Technology Mechanism with function to respond to requests from developing countries, foster access to information and strengthen networks in the field of climate technologies.
